I have been having a problem with my Xbox One controller. When i don't use the right stick, it aims up by itself. It has annoyed me in multiple games and i'd like to know if there is a fix to this.

Controller is Moving up by itself.

Non of this applies to a faulty controller or M$ has to be clearer.

"Including any threads or posts regarding modifying the way your Xbox operates such 'modding' and/or 'chipping' your Xbox or otherwise altering the way it is intended to operate. This includes ANY discussion of self-repair."

This specifically talks about the Xbox and modding. Please do not make assumptions on the legal meaning. No one is suggestion any mod or self fix. We simply suggestion that Microsoft should clean up its mess and be a responsible company that cares about
the people they buy their stuff. As a gamer it should be in your interest to find a solution instead of being a busy body legal expert fighting for your employer.

It also seems to me that Microsoft staff is discussing self fix all the time. In fact a official moderator suggested that I fix it myself. They told me to take the battery out, restart my console, update firmware. etc. So it seemed to me that Microsoft violated
the policy by suggestion ways to me to fix it myself. Of course all fixes were all a joke, because they know very well that the only fix is to give them another $60.

How sad for a gamer to fight fellow gamers in finding a solution to this serious problem.

I guess you have no problem if Microsoft messes with your JoyStick.

You will read much more on this in the comping weeks in various Gaming magazines that we write for.

I have exactly the same issue with my day one edition controller, constantly drifting up!

Microsoft will just say 'Go buy a new one' past the 90 days It's Rubbish ..I know.

    Controller aiming up by itself

That is an analog stick issue and typically requires the controller to be replaced. If it is under warranty that would be an exchange else you would need to purchase another one. Before doing anything just make sure it is updated completely.

    Hope this helps. Good Luck!!

    BF3 Officially = COD

Close Quarter gunplay is *** on BF games. Cod is smooth in Close quarters due to the fluid controls. We have clunky controls that need have aim assist apparently in Close Quarters. I know Cod has aim assist too. For a game that prides itself, or at least
used to pride itself, on big maps BF CQ does not deliver.

Does anyone else find the controller sensitivity in this game with a 360 Controller to be almost unbearable ??

    [/quote]

I don't think it has anything to do with the 360 controller itself, but yes - turning speed while aiming is far too slow.

Serious Opinions - new xbox controller feelings

I love the controller itself, in BF4 I'm having hard time keeping steady aim with mostly moving targets. It's like it swings to far too fast, but knowing DICE it could be the game and not the controlller
