Controller acting up

I Had fifa 19 patch for fifa 14 on my laptop and it worked perfectly with the Rippa joysticks I have, delete that fifa because i got fifa 20 patch for fifa 14, when I connect my controllers only the left analog and the Dpads are working and performing functions for the buttons on the right. Can someone help me on how to solve this issue

when i move my right stick a little bit it stops it for about 30 seconds, then it starts again, i also use my controller plugged in so i don’t know if that would change anything, the everything double moves when i use it, for instance, when i’m scrolling on youtube, it will skip a spot and move to the next

Seems to be a stick drift, im guessing your warranty was already over because you decided to open the controller, but the best options in this cases are

1.- try to update the controller, even if the system says it's already updated you can anyway press on update and sometimes this helps a little bit

2.- some FPS hace a setting to adjust dead zone, you could try adjusting it to reduce the drift
