    CONTROLER WONT SIGN ME IN WHEN IM OFFLINE


    After getting un unfair suspension from the xbox after messaging a player / griefer. My controler will not log in to my profile while im offline, A suspension of 24 hrs from messaging any one is not supposed to effect offline gaming, This is outragious
    the way players that are griefed are treated for standing up to these griefers . i would like this resovled asap. im seriously thinking of getting rid of my xbox for a ps4 as im fed up with micro soft and all the issues that come with it and after this i dont
    think i will bother renewing my gold subscription

    Hello Spawnx,

    Thanks for letting us know what is going on. Try and power cycle the console by going to system then restart console. Hit guide button, on panel on left go to far right icon on top, which is system then select restart console. Once the console restarts then
    try to go online and sign in.

    Hello Spawnx,

    Sorry for the issues you are having. When you went offline, did you just disconnect wireless or unplug the ethernet cable? The correct way is to go to network settings and select go offline. Also while offline the controller will not sign that profile in
    due to its offline. When you go back online you will be able to sign in again.

    Hi Brad thank you for the quick reply, I went to settings and turned my xbox to offline as i have done before with no issues of signing in to play offline. I have just found out suspension as been lifted but now i can not get my xbox to go online and
    still cant sign in to my profile, the controler logs in for a sec then say`s bye.

    Yeah can complete everything offline however it doesn't allow me to sign into a profile so it tracks no achievements. and when you try to manually sign in while mortal kombat is on it wont sign in. sucks =/
