Controler issues

After last update. Any time I play black opps 3 my controler continues to disconect. In game play my guy will start doing what ever with put my control then a message will pop up saying connect controler. Some times I can press A and it works a little longer
and some times I have to power of/on controler to make it work again and some times I have to resink it. What I have done. Purchased 3 new controllers same issue, tried new batterys same issue. Held power button on xbox, same issue. Checked for updates same
issue. This is getting out of control. I now have 2 xbox ones 4 controllers 5 rechargeable batterys and can't use any of it becouse controllers keep disconnecting. Now head phone issues when all this started I get static and popping in my head set off and
on non stop. As result I have purchased a basic head set. Same result, Tuttle beach same result, and today the Xbox sterio head set. All have the same result. So please how to make this stop.

Stefraki, you are correct... if I was still under the limited warranty (which I might be) I could get a free replacement, but as I didn't purchase an extended warranty through Best Buy, I would have to go with the MS, and that would be more problems than
it is worth... In respect to my original question, I dusted off my Day One Edition Xbox One controller, and sure enough, it worked fine for the most part. I then tested the alt controller, and my "newer" Xbox One controller is definitely shot. Warranties
are a good idea, but I doubt they are going to cover Excessive Sadira Usage Syndrome.

Control issues

For over a month I've tried to get someone's help on this. I purchased a new controller for my Xbox1

and the plug in is to shallow to stay in. I have to hold it a certain way of I get The "Reconnect your Controller"

message. I purchased in July and started having problems in August. Took it back to Gamestop and the problem was

CONFIRMED, but I was told I would have to contact Microsoft. Of course I did and I was quoted a price to fix it

that was twice the price of a new one. Why is this, I've read where other people have had this issue also.

There's most likely something causing interference either in your home or one of your neighbours. It sounds like the wireless band is pretty congested in your area there.

If you cannot find the source of the interference, I suggest you connect the controllers to the console via USB.

It sounds like you're not hitting the sync button on the console itself.

With your console powered on, hit the Guide button. Wait for the LEDs to start flashing. Once they're flashing, hit the sync button (near the Play & Charge cable port). The LEDs on the controller will start spinning. After you've hit that, hit the Sync button
on the front of the consoles. On the original 360 it's its own button to the right of the MU ports. On the 360 S it's the IR window/button to the left of the front USB trap door. Once you hit the sync button on the console, the Ring of Light on the console
should start spinning.

Controllers do wear out. Every gamer handles it different and your movements will do that to the joystick. Certain games are harder on different buttons. Thats a battlefield controller

mine looks just like it. Its a battle hardened controller that might
need to be retired. It happens to the best of us.
