Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently unable to use your console due to certain parental controls enabled on your console.

If you don’t remember your pass code question or don’t know the pass code for your Xbox 360, you can

reset the pass code online. Here’s how:

Sign in to your Microsoft account at
Devices.
Locate your registered Xbox 360 console. [If it is not yet registered, upon logging into the website you will see the option to Register your device]
Select More actions, select Reset passcode, and then follow the instructions to reset your pass code.

Note You must meet the following criteria to be able to reset your pass code online:

Your Microsoft account must be an adult account.
The console must be registered in your name.

I'm sorry, but I'm not quite sure I understand your response. What is the error when you try to reset the code online? Please explain with more detail why you cannot reset the code.

The method I posted is the only way to reset a parental control passcode online. The only other way would be to wait until tomorrow and try contacting Xbox support in your region again when they are open. https://support.xbox.com/contact-us
