Eu comprei o meu Xbox One S no dia 13 de Dezembro de 2018, ontem, estava jogando e percebi que o meu fone de ouvido estava

Parando de funcionar quando estiver em uma posição específica.
Logo pensei que o fone estivesse com contato ou algo assim. Foi quando decidi testar o fone de ouvido no controle do meu irmão. E, para a minha surpresa, funcionava corretamente. Aí, voltei para o meu controle e o fone não funciona
quando está com o cabo para baixo. O fone está bom e funciona em tudo, menos no meu controle. Gostaria de ajuda. Achei estranho esse acontecido pois é estranho "estragar" essa parte do controle.

Resumo: Meu fone de ouvido não funciona em tal posição no meu controle mas, funciona em todos outros aparelhos inclusive no controle do meu irmão.

Tenho notado algumas pessoas postando este mesmo problema aqui no forum esses dias, deve ser algum bug da última atualização que provavelmente será corrigido na próxima. Até lá, tente seguir esses passos para tentar resolver seu problema:

Desconecte o fone de ouvido ou o cabo do fone de ouvido na parte inferior do controle e reconecte-o com firmeza ao controle (na porta de expansão de um fone de ouvido ou na porta de 3,5 mm de um fone de ouvido de 3,5 mm para bate-papo).

Observação Se você tiver um fone de ouvido de 3,5 mm, nunca puxe o cabo do fone de ouvido ao removê-lo do controle. Remova o headeset do controle puxando no corpo do plugue do headset.

I recommend taking a look at the following troubleshooting articles:

If the problem persists:

Try your Xbox One Stereo Headset with another device, such as a laptop, to see if the headset is working. If not, the headset will need to be replaced.
Try your Headset on another controller, if you can. If the headset works on the second controller, try
updating the first controlleragain.
If that fails, the controller will need to be replaced. To order a replacement, go to the
Xbox Online Service Center.
