Boa noite, me chamo Frank e me encontro com um alto nível de insatisfação em relação ao controle do "xbox one s" (branco), com apenas seis meses de uso, e com pouquíssima frequência, ele veio a parar de funcionar, inicialmente começou a ficar descontrolado
nao dava para selecionar nenhuma opção pois o analógico fica se movimentando sozinho, fiz a atualização que me foi indicado e funcionou naquele momento, apos ter concluído a atualização, e logo apos voltou a ficar descontrolado até que por fim parou de ligar,
troquei as pilhas e de nada adiantou, comprei baterias, idem, jogar conectado, nada mudou, com pilhas, ele ascende a luz, mais apaga e conectado ele apresenta o mesmo "descontrole", era para ser cômico se não fosse trágico, pois me deparo em isolamento social
junto a minha família e o que seria mais uma experiencia de entretenimento tornou-se um pesadelo, levando em consideração que um controle novo fica em torno de R$ 340,00, até então tudo bem, agora, não conseguir uma resposta do "Support", uma palavra que me
define seria, "indignado", gostaria que entrassem em contato.

controller replacement page for assistance. If unable to there, you can request a call from support to assist you.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
