Meus 2 controles de xbox 360 com fio e sem fio funcionam como mouse e teclado, o que me atrapalha muito nos jogos, principalmente fifa 17 que fica impossivel de jogar, como faço para desabilitar essa função?

sou usuario do xbox one e gosraria de saber se há possibilidades da microsoft liberar teclado e mouse para jogos fps . percebi que tem muitos gamers que não concordam , mas muitos não conseguem se adaptar com o controle , espero por alguma atulização que
atenda os utilizadores do serviço xbox e que não atrapalhe ambos os lados !
