    Hi folks!

    I was playing with my control and the right directional button fell off and is now loose. He did not fall to the ground, always took care of it very well, was on a mission of a game and it came loose, is completely without direction! It has no warranty for
    this?

    control problems

    In just over one year, my control presented 4 problems. 3 with the RB button and now the latest problem with one of the directional buttons. The most unfortunate to know that my control is not longer under warranty which will force me to buy another control.
    The control is not cheap, and certainly will break again. The Microsoft was very unhappy in the construction of this control. Unfortunate I have to comprr another control by an engineering error.

    I would call support to issue a repair. You should still have a standard 1 year warranty. Call support at 1-800469-9269

    Xbox One Day One controller issues

    My day one edition controllers view button didnt work. Thought it was the game but turned out it was the controller. Walmart still swapped it out for a non day one, but it works.

    From what information that has been released so far, the only difference to the day one edition is you get a special achievement and the controller has a day one logo embossed on it. As for accessories, it's the same as the regular release.

    I have my preorder through Amazon, and have gotten emails stating the console will be released on November 22, 2013 and I will receive it on that date. I have the "Day One Edition" as well as Amazon Prime. They've automatically switched my shipping to
    release day, as well as my copy of Ryse, Forza 5 & an extra controller. In my order section it states: Xbox One Console - Day One Edition.

    Controller disconnects very frequently

    I would suggest more likely that it's the controller at fault.

    I have a Day One Edition console and my Day One controller is absolutely fine. However I bought a Play and Charge bundle and the controller that comes with that frequently cuts out connection with the Xbox button flashing white.
