    Control Ultimate Edition not installing properly on Xbox Series X


    I bought Control Ultimate Edition sometime back in early October. When I received my Series X console yesterday, I was excited to play Control on it. I was met with disappointment however when I discovered that when I attempt to start Control, I'm taken
    to the store page for Control. On that store page it says I own this and offers an install button. When I hit the install button, it does add it to my download queue but then the download fails with an error message. I've tried resetting the console to factory-defaults
    with no luck.

    Another thing I noticed is that the size of the Control game should be somewhere in the 20 to 40 GB range but what is downloaded is only around 240 MB or so.

    Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

    Are you seeing "FIFA 22 Ultimate Edition Xbox One & Xbox Series X|S"?

    It's the edition or bundle that includes both Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.

    If this is the standard edition it will say if it's Xbox One or Xbox Series X game. The Xbox One version though is playable on Xbox Series X as well.

    I can't find one designed for series x controller. They are all for xbox one controller and don't fit series x controller properly.

    Hi there,

    be sure to check if any DLC that is included in the Ultimate version is installed or not. The game itself may say it's standard but if the DLC etc included in the bundle is installed (or is available to install) then it's likely the intended way.
    Often the ultimate edition is a bundle of the standard edition, but with the DLC included aswell, it just needs to be installed, if not automatically installed.

    You can use the manage game option to check if any DLC included is installed or not.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    You have installed the game version, if you purchased the FIFA 23 ULTIMATE EDITION XBOX ONE & XBOX SERIES X|S you will be able to install both games.

    Simply search FIFA 23 XBOX SERIES X|S on your Xbox Series S to install the correct version.
