Control Ultimate Edition glitch?

I played Control Ultimate edition all the way through, and got to the credits But they stopped and now i have a black screen and I can hear foreboding music but nothing else, I have restarted the console and even left it powered off over night and tried to launch Control Ultimate edition again, I get the startup screen but nothing else is there something preventing me from playing the game again??? I cant even get the option to start a new game

Please help

PS I am playing on a XBox Series X

First try to reinstall the game completely. If that doesn't help, I'll recommend you refresh the profile by signing out of the console and signing back in.

To sign out;

- Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

- Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

- Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

Afterwards turn off the console and unplug it from the power source. Wait 2 minutes and plug it back in, then sign back into the console; You can sign in using the prompt or follow these instructions;

- Press the Xbox button to open the guide.Select Profile & System > Add or switch > Add new.

- Enter the email address for the Microsoft account that you want to add, and then select Enter.

I recently got the ultimate edition, so can you give me the tips they gave you so I don't encounter the bugs/glitches as well. Thanks.

Im having a major issue here, paid $20 extra for the "glitched" edition. I bought ultimate edition of dying light in the xbox store, and it says I don't have access to any of the extra DLC content, when i go to "manage" in the ultimate edition nothing shows
up, when i go to the store and click the content it says " bundle only" <- yes the bundle that i bought. what the hell....

As a quick little bump, did you check Gears of War: Ultimate Edition's 'Ready to install' list for any pending DLC that needs to be installed? To find this, highlight the Gears of War: Ultimate Edition tile, press the Menu button on your Xbox One controller
and select 'Manage game'.

Additionally, are you able to search for the Gears of War: Ultimate Edition Character Pack on the Xbox Store to download?

The Ultimate Edition will likely come with the patches, you won't be prompted to download them.

As far as the other glitches... NV isn't the most stable. I hope it isn't too bad : ) People's experiences tend to vary quite a bit.
