el problema es el siguiente mi hijo tiene una xbox one s y tiene el juego fornite lo que paso es que por accidente paso a llevar el control parental ahora no puede ver a sus amigos y no puede comunicarse por chat no se como ayudarlo con el asunto para desactivarselo
y pueda jugar como antes a invertido muchas cosas en su cuenta y el problema es que la cuenta tenia contraseña pero ahora no le funciona he tratado de comunicarme con epic game pero no he tenido exito no entiendo mucho solo pidio un correo de respaldo y puse
el mio pro no me llega nada. esperando me ayuden
