If you've bought a used Xbox 360 console or simply forgot the parental lock code, contact Xbox Support (phone/chat) and they'll be happy to help you reset it. They'll run you down with some instructions on how to reset the lock code. Have your console's
serial number ready.

I believe you have enter a secret button code (unique to every console) somewhere in the settings menu in order to reset it. An Xbox Support agent will tell you what that button code is.

I managed to disable the parental control with a video on youtube but I still need the code for resale, for example, you think that I can contact them via chat microsoft because I am on vacation and call are overtaxed

I am assuming at this point you are not a child, correct? I know it is a stupid question, but it actually will tell us a lot about how to solve the issue.
