Control of xbox one, does not work the analogue and the buttons RB LT

One of my friends showed me how. As you're moving, quickly jolt the left analogue stick forward. Just don't run into a tree or cliff or obstacle. Sprint flying is faster. Sims 3 is worse. You have to press and hold down two or four buttons on your control
IN SYNC & SIMULTANEOUSLY in order to bring up the cheats menu (LT/LB/RT/RB). And I'm too lazy to go through the tutorial.

The elite controller is difference in the sense that if you want to quickly hit a button on the back of the controller which could be any button on the front or RT, LT, RB and LB! It's really good for competitive play

The left and right buttons/joysticks are not giving the required results for the purpose of cheats (for ex-lower wanted level).Whereas the LT/RT AND LB/RB Buttons are working good for cheats.

The joystick and other buttons on top of the controller are working fine otherwise, but just not for the cheats.

Can you therefore , please guide me how do i use the cheats through my xbox wireless controller.

Both my Gears Of War controllers only lasted several months and the one only had light use, one has a stiff RB button and the other has a dodgy analogue stick, to be honest all of the controllers i've purchased over the last couple of years don't last long
at all, i always end up go back to my good old white pad which is still in perfect working order apart from the wear on the rubber sticks.

My favorite design in the design labs is when you make the controller all red, but RT, LT, RB, LB, and the rest of the button are white.
