Control lost synchrony randomly for seconds and back.

Since you say that this happens on both controllers you have, you might want to try troubleshooting the console then. I suggest trying a soft reset of the console.
It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

Just make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts(as they will be removed
and you'll have to redownload them) and that you have easy access to the internet.

Also make sure that you select the option denoted
reset and keep my games
&
apps.

It has happened to me too Especially if you are in the preview program. A hard reset will fix the problem. Power cycle for 2 minutes and restart the console. You should be fine afterwards.

Sorry to hear you're having disconnection issues for your controllers. Have you tried a power cycle restart on your Xbox?
