    Control (Game) on Game Pass Crashing


    On new laptop Alienware x15 R1 15.6" 360Hz FHD Gaming Laptop - Intel Core i7 - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 - 512GB , the played at first few minutes then crashed, could close the game with various methods after crash including task manager and have to reboot. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, updated the Game Pass app and still have same issue? All other games work fine and Control game runs on my other laptop with a 3050 TI.

    Yes I did clean boot and uninstalled Geforce Experience, I changed the settings in Geforce and game still crashes after intro credits when your asked to hit enter to start.

    I see. A clean boot and disabling Geforce Experience didn't make a difference?

    See if you can change the game's video settings through Geforce Experience, please.

    Got it working again after looking at problem log notice AWCC.exe (Alienware Command Command) was crashing it, reinstalling it and updated Windows drivers that fixed it.

    I think it's best to talk to the game developer, I believe they will help you better identify which component is causing these problems with the game.
