    when I turn my control and connects to the computer it is connected about two seconds and suddenly control off.

    already I changed the batteries, already tested on another computer and tgentei already update the driver

    @Studbucket33 I also have the UW40TC1W the volume and mute work (same as original poster).

    I just tried the codes you previously suggested with no luck:

    1712: volume controls work. tv on/off does not

    1300:volume controls work. tv on/off does not

    3949:volume controls work. tv on/off does not

    3579:neither volume or on/off works

    Does your headset function properly on PC, some headset may work on a PC but not xbox, but if it does not work on PC either then it is your headset.

    If you can try this on another xbox, if it works there it may either be the jack on the controller or a setting on the xbox

    May be a stupid question to ask, but does the controller work wired. If so, then there is an issue with the bluetooth inside the controller because of the PC working fine with the other controller. If not, there is an issue internally with the controller.
