    Control does not connect to xbox360


    I do not know anyone still sees these posts, but if anyone knows what I can do to solve this problem, I thank you. What happens is that my xbox360 does not turn on the green power light, the one located in the central of the orignal. The console turns on,
    reads the game dvds, but the control n connects and neither the central light comes on.

    Is your headset by any chance connected to your controller? If so then it's because the Xbox360 controller is not optimized to have a headset connected to it when it's connected to a pc

    Thanks for your post. I understand you are experiencing an issue with using your Wired Xbox 360 controller. You may want to try using a different USB port on your console.

    Do you have any other controllers that you can try out on the console?
