Control Deluxe Edition Install message issues

Yes it is. But in irder to get them you are supposed to get som messages about that you have deluxe edition, and that message have not reached me.

As far i can se i have paid for the deluxe content with the Deluxe edition. But no extra content.

I'm sorry to hear the deluxe edition upgrade is not allowing you early access as it should. Did everything else included in the deluxe edition upgrade install onto your Xbox? Were there any issues with redeeming the code from Amazon?

What error message do you get when trying to start up the game? Did the full game pre-load already?

I'm having the same issue as well. Nuketown and the giant zombies map is not showing up, even though they are both installed. I also bought the digital deluxe edition.

Two possible solutions.

1 Have you tried clicking the 'check for other rewards' tab in the ultimate team section of the game

2 If that doesn't work have you tried checking if the deluxe content is installed. Go to the game tile, press the menu button on the controller and select manage game. Then check if there is anything in the 'ready to install' tab. Maybe the deluxe edition
content is a dlc add on you haven't downloaded?

I've tried all this and unfortunately, it didn't work. I think the issue is that I bought the deluxe edition but the deluxe edition no longer exists. There is the base version called just the game Aliens Fireteam Elite, then there is the Into the Hive Edition, and lastly the Ultimate Edition. I looked at my purchases and it says I have bought the Deluxe edition but there is no deluxe version available in the store. I don't know what to do and it's really frustrating.
