control day one faulty (HELP ME)

I love my xbox one , love the unique black box that came my xbox one , keep everything very fondly , I can not be without my control day one that belongs to this precious set that I have not let my dedication be treated well .

Faulty day one controller

I am also Having this exact issue, but with Battlefield 4, Also when I go to the Dashboard/Menu I press the A button to open an app, and you can clearly see the console register the press of the button, but nothing happens, it works fine with the spare controller
(Thank the heavens I have a Spare) So I would love to hear a solution to this very bizarre Problem.

 

Faulty day one controller

Hi,

My controller seems to think that both of the triggers are depressed all of the time. In forza the car just sits there with the brakes applied and revving constantly. It's basically unusable.

How easy is it to get this replaced?

 

Sorry to hear this, there have been a lot of people lost their day one controller in this way, that's why I got another controller, but I cannot see what can be done best of luck mate.

 

I bought in pre-sale just for the exclusivity of having a unique control, I can not give up my right, nor that make me seek judicial means for this to be done.
