Control and headphone

Buy a 4 polk
audio which worked fine for me
and no complaints of the product as such.
Although when installing the product I had the
xbox one I request an upgrade
which perform successfully.
But over 1 day had problem with the
xbox which did not recognize the control and
although it was not pinned
to any movement. The only way
that I have the time to fix that problem
is desconcetar the xbox
1 and connect it again after 3
min. This problem happens to me
1-3 times a day. I would like to investigate
this problem because the headphone in my opinion
work very well.

Can't find volume control???

are we using headphones? maybe try changing the volume for the your tv. If we are using headphone then you have a volume control on your chat adapter or on the headset its self to control the volume for the headphones.

I have the headphones plugged into the controller, not into the TV. I don't have a chat adapter, and there's no volume control on the headphones. This all worked until just recently.

 

I think it a bad update. Have any ur friends go thought the same thing?
