Hmm, that doesn't sound right. Whatever info they need, they would contact Microsoft and try to attain it themselves. As well as Microsoft will not give you any more information then you already have since it isn't your account. So maybe you should contact
the authorities again and let them know that you cannot get anymore info besides their gamertag and that they will have to contact Microsoft for more
