Contoller won't turn on

Discus and support Contoller won't turn on in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; so I can turn on my xbox but when I hold down the guide button on my contoller it won't turn on full battery and when I plug it in it still wnot turn...     Contoller won't turn on


    so I can turn on my xbox but when I hold down the guide button on my contoller it won't turn on full battery and when I plug it in it still wnot turn on

    my controller will turn the power on xbox.the xbox loads and tells you to press start and then it will do nothing green light flashes on my controller

    my contoller turns on the xbox.the ebox loads and tells you to press start.the controller green light flases and will not go to start menu or anything else.help please ian

    xbox one reserved....

    Just make sure that if you preorder through the dash that you are using the primary / player one contoller or the achievement still won't pop.

    There is a good troubleshoot guide at "Your Xbox One Wireless Controller won't power on" . If you follow the steps outlined on that Web page
    but continue to have the problem, you may need to follow up with "Device repair" .

    Xbox network failure bit have trouble shooted all suggestions

    We were not able to get the contoller to move from continue to the offline sytem update option.

    The contoller isn't on until the xbox is on and then it won't allow us to move across the screen.
