Contole parental Xbox live [Translation - Control parental Xbox live]

Bonjour. Récemment je me suis acheté Forza Horizon 4 sur PC. Maintenant je suis niveau 59 mais je n'est toujours pas accès a la salle des ventes ni aux nouvelles créations. Quand j'essaye d'accédé aux création un message apparait me disant "Cette fonction
est bloqué par le contrôle parentale XBOX Live". Alors que je ne l'ai jamais activé et que je ne suis pas considéré comme un enfant sur mon compte. J'ai tout essayé mais rien ne marche . Comment enlever ce contrôle parentale s'il vous plait.

CONTROL PARENTAL. a amis padres se les olvido la contraseña para poder quitar el control parental y no me deja jugar al xbox live. me podrían ayudar con ese problema por favor
