    Continuously getting account banned


    My sons account is continuously getting banned for what I think is no reason. I'm sick of it as, I'm sure others are to who get banned by trolls. I, like others dish out a ton of cash for consoles, games, dlcs, Xbox gold/live, ect. They should let you
    know who is reporting so you can delete them they should have some sort of physical proof before banning you, not just someones word. People report others because they lose, that's just ridiculous. What can be done about this because I'm about done and I'm
    sure others are to.

    Since when does xbox give indefinite bans? No 3,5,7 or 3 week ban? Just we are banning you until further notice? Meanwhile the poster continues to pay for the service? Something doesnt seem right or we arent getting the full story.

    Cant you view the amount of complaints on your account on the enforcement website?

    What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

    that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

    for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

    The enforcement team investigates each complaint they receive before issuing suspensions/bans. You can have a million complaints filed against you, but you would only receive a suspension if they found that you have done something to violate the code of
    conduct/terms of service.

    Account suspended permanent

    once an account is banned you can only find out WHY it was banned but not to appeal it, they do not reverse bans all you can do is continue using your new account and do not get banned this time.

    Suspensions on my account and the Enforcement Team's inability to address them properly and with due course

    While you are certainly free to move PlayStation, be aware that they enforce rules just as Xbox Live does and continuing the behavior that got you 2 consecutive communication bans AND an account ban, will get banned permanently on that service as well.
