Discus and support Continuous problem within the Collection in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; There is a continuous problem within the Spider Solitaire game when I play the Daily Challenges within Windows 10 and it has been going on for months...     Continuous problem within the Collection


    There is a continuous problem within the Spider Solitaire game when I play the Daily Challenges within Windows 10 and it has been going on for months now. When I open up the challenges, if I do NOT select Spider Solitaire as my first selection and complete
    another challenge before selecting Spider, when I do select Spider one of several different errors occur. The one that is most common is when I complete my first stack within the game, the game resets and starts all over again. If I continue to play at that
    point, when I complete the first stack again, the screen goes black (meaning the cards disappear but the game is still active). At that point I must completely exit the Collection and log back in. I am then forced to watch another annoying commercial before
    the Spider game can be opened and played normally. This same issue occurs within the Events challenge usually meaning I cannot complete an event because it would take hours of my time having to exit the application and re-enter. Is anyone else experiencing
    this problem?

    Continuous server connection problem

    Having same Server Connection Error, close to giving up on Bingo, no problems with other games or apps

    Hey there, Nate!

    I'm sorry to see any issues with Solitaire Collection! I went through and did exactly as you explained for the Daily Challenges: I opened another challenge first, completed it, then opened the Spider challenge to complete the first stack. My Collection did
    not crash or reset, though.

    If you haven't already, be sure to uninstall and reinstall your app. This should reset the installation and the issue shouldn't happen anymore.

    Let me know how that goes! If you've already tried that and it didn't work, let me know all the troubleshooting you've completed so that I can ensure I don't ask you to do anything a second time. Continuous problem within the Collection :)

    Why wont my achievements unlock

    I've had that problem quite a bit with The Master Chief Collection.

    Usually randomly pops within a few months.

    Got quite a few Halo achievements while watching Hulu.

    If it's wired I think it could be a Continuity problem within the wiring. Try swapping are the cable or different port

    controller keeps disconnecting

    if you have a play and charge kit try plugging it in WITHOUT the battery pack connected,if this solves the problem then its either the batteries or the pack itself.

    if it continues to disconnect when plugged in ,then the problem is within the controller.

    My last response was that the collection reappeared. I completed a puzzle in the collection last night, which unlocked a new puzzle within the collection. Tonight, I decided to begin a new puzzle in that same collection, but it has completely disappeared again!
