    I experience game freeze / crashes often (Civilization 6) on Windows 11 Pro. I contacted 2k support, after some checks they indicated Microsoft support to find my solution. What can I do ?

    Hi Ricardo,

    What do you mean by playing it trough game pass ? I play it trough Steam, with all available DLC installed. I run sfc /scannow , everything "Windows" is fine, I run the file consistency checkout in Steam also, all fine.
