Continuous Disconnection

Hello people of Xbox, I have been experiencing continuous Disconnection while playing online, I checked my network settings seeing that connection has dropped extremely. This normally happens when I play Fifa 17 once I connect to an opponent the connection
drops and I disconnect from Xbox live.

I check my network and it shows "IPv4" Ive never seen this before and it might cause the disconnecting, I do not know please help.

Continuous Xbox Live disconnections?

Hey, I just moved house and got internet but while I play Xbox Live matches I keep getting disconnected, and having to reconnect. I bought a new Ethernet cable, yet that just worked temporarily and the problem is back... Can you please give me some advice
on what to do? Tell me if I need to give any more info.

Lets try power cycling the console and see if it will resolve it please hold the power button on the system for 8 seconds until it powers down once off unplug it from receiving power and sending HDMI signals wait up to 5 minutes then plug it back in and
try again.

There has been a lot of solar activity.. Maybe the flares are just effecting small areas on the grid here an there.

Hi,

It seems something is interfering with your wifi signal (it can be the neighbour's wifi ruter or even the micro oven) so what i would do is login to your router admin page and try to change the wireless channel to the opposite site (like if it's on 11 cahnge
it to 2). Also if you have an Android phone you can download a wifi analyzer app which tells you which channel would be the best for you.

I suggest you take a look at the previous post from Mister Gwyther and post back the bolded questions from the START HERE! thread.

Make sure your have the latest firmware for your modem/router.

If you've done any of the suggested then you can try a system maintenance that clears out the latest update and download it again.

On your dashboard, go to Settings > System > Storage

On your controller, press the following button sequence:

Press the left bumper.
Press the right bumper.
Press the X button.
Press the left bumper.
Press the right bumper.
Press the X button.

It happens to almost everyone who uses wireless. You randomly disconnect every hour or so. Switching to wire should resolve this issue. Happened to me and most of my friends who were wireless. Wired resolved the issue.
