Continuous Disconnection From Internet

I have an Xbox One X and has been having connectivity issues where im am constantly being disconnected from Hulu, Vudu, Xbox Live and sign in issues. You could be watching a two hour movie that takes 3 hours to watch due to connectivity issues. Its also
not playing my 4K movies as it has before. These kind of things cannot be replaced due to their purchase dates. Spectrum has came to my house and noticed the lagging and connectivity issue, they replaced the wire to the main line, reinstalled into my house
and replaced the modem and it was nothing on their end. They said i had a very strong connection, They found no fault, ive restarted the xbox, rebooted and restored to factory settings. NOTHING is helping and i am not about to go and buy another council.

Ive tried evey possible combination of assuring a strong connection. Ive done every reset possible, The xbox simply does not want to stay connected. Movies and TV shows are being disconnected every 30-45 seconds for the duration of the film or show. I
being kicked off my games because my profile doesnt stay logged in. I take very good care of my xbox and everything connected to it, its simply become a nuisance to enjoy anything.

Before fully blaming the console you will need to test a few more things firstly you should carry out hard resets to both your console and router if this does not resolve the issue you will then need to log into your router and if possible try switching
the transmission channel as the 2.4Ghz spectrum is pretty crowded now and very prone to connection issues.

Finally if you router supports this and you have not already done so switch to using the 5Ghz as it runs faster and is less prone to interferance.
