Continuous CP-200 error prevents me from making purchases

Hello,

I've been told to make a post here by a support agent. I've been dealing with a lot of problems purchasing and accessing my payment options. As a result I have missed opportunities to get games on sale with Games with Gold and free games on the Xbox 360.
I originally wanted to get Rocket League and that's about when the problem started. I've been contacting support for at least 3 weeks about this and so far, there's been no resolution. I am contacting you today to inquire if any of these missed deals may be
recovered or if there is any sort of arrangement that can be made. I'll be happy to provide extra information if necessary! Any help on this is greatly appreciated!

What steps are required to allow my son to play games online with his friends

Currently his account doesn't allow him to make purchases. Can I give him gold access and still prevent him from making purchases without my authorisation?

Can't purchase game using MS Points

Hey there andy!

There was an issue with MSP this morning and it was causing issues making purchases. Are you still receiving this error code when you try to purchase something?

If you're still receiving this error, you might want to consider using the
Contact Us page to set up a support call with a billing specialist to see if there are any holdups on your account that would prevent you from making purchases.

Yes I purchased 2400 CP points and also said the same thing to me...money gone and no CP Points, I tried it again right after I did the first one but I only did the 1.99$ pack for 200 CP points and it worked instantly.... So why didn't it work for the first
one. Like OoSBGBoO said it's half price weekend this really needs to be corrected before it's over.

After five days of no achievement, I checked the Xbox Support Page. They recommended checking achievement progress online. Mine is at 200% online but 93% on my console. I'm guessing this means it just waiting for a connection from the server? Or is the
200% some error that will prevent it from unlocking?

This error means that the Microsoft account that you're trying to use to make the purchase doesn't have the ability to make the purchase.

Child and teen accounts are prevented from making purchases in the Xbox 360 Marketplace. Changing your Microsoft account age or your purchase settings won't resolve this issue.
