Continuing the game with a black screen :(

Hello everybody ! I bought the game digitally, earlier the game freezed two times two differnt places, the game was crashed i think because with the xbox button i was able to go back to the home menu. Today i want to continue the game i select continue
game , after the loading screen i get a balck screen in the background some game sounds but i cant do nothing, only the xbox button works back to home I ve played the game 61% and its very anoying if i have to start the game from the start, because the
auto save not working correctly. I looked the square enix page but i did not find a link to the support of the xbox one version of the game

Youtube app freezing my xbox

Any specific reason for this?? Has almost become a everytime thing, usually a half hour - hour into watching videos it will either freeze the entire xbox, or the screen will go black while continuing to play the video (so all i get is audio) VERY frustrating..

Try unplugging the console for about 30 seconds and trying again.

What if the save file somehow corrupted ? I have to start the game over again ? I dont want to, please somebody tell me what i have to do ? I did not switch of the console when the game saved, i allways turn off the system correctly, i played the game earlier
on xbox 360, i will be sad if i bought the game for the next gen, and its not better it is filled with bugs much more then the older generation versions maybe this is not a definitive version

 

maybe try removing and re-downloading your profile will help with the saved data.

 

You think about cloud saving ? At the momenti dont have gold, and if i correct the cloud save works only with gold , if i remove, delete my profile , the saves of every game i playing will be deleteed too ? If yes this is a very risky move.

 

yea I was thinking about cloud save, and you are right if we do it that way there is a chance that it will remove that data. If I were you i would call into Xbox support and ask to see if they can do anything in the games and apps department to possibly
help get your data on the live cloud so you can remove your account and re-download it. I don't see it being a problem with them but I could not make any promises to you if they would be able to.

 

I used te be call xbox support many times earlier, but here is the next problem, i live in hungary where xbox one officially not released yet, and because this microsoft not giving support here for the next generation.

I paid for the machine and paid for the games but i am not allowed to use support because officially not released in this region , i think this is a joke.

I dont know why cloudsave works only with gold with a machine what must have internet connection all the time and all of my games for this generation i bought digitally ? And why the operating system of the machine does not making backup data of my game
saves ?
