    Continuing issues signing into Xbox Live


    I was a preview member and had no issues but ever since the NXOE went live for everyone, I have been having issues logging into Xbox Live. I have to try over and over again. Sometimes it takes a dozen times to log in. I've also tried cold boots and it still
    doesn't always work.

    What could be causing this? I have no Internet or XBL connection issues when running tests. Just the log in and it also seems to have nothing to do with my password.

    XBOX LIVE WONT LET ME SIGN IN

    The xbox live service is experiencing issues right now. This is causing problems signing into xbox live.

    Continuing issues signing into Xbox Live

    Sorry to hear that you have been having problems signing in. If the problems still continue, please try these steps:

    Reboot your console:

    1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.

    2. Select Settings.

    3. Select Restart console.

    4. Select Yes on the confirmation prompt.

    5. Try to sign in again.

    If that doesn't work, then try this:

    Step 1: Remove your account from the console

    1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.

    2. Select Settings.

    3. Select All Settings.

    4. Under Account, select Remove accounts.

    5. Select your account, and then confirm removal.

    Note You may need to repeat the account removal process up to five times to clear the account from the list.

    Step 2: Reboot your Xbox One console as noted above.

    Step 3: Re-add your account to the console

    1. Scroll left from Home to open the guide.

    2. Select Sign in.

    3. Select Add & manage.

    4. Select Add new.

    5. Enter your Microsoft account email address and password.

    6. Complete the personalization settings on the next several screens.

    Actually I think it's a software issue. If I start the game without logging into Xbox live the disc works fine. If i start it up signned into xbox live i receive the unreadable disc error. Once the game starts I can sign into live while the game is running
    and it continues to work.
