I know that your apps are working correctly. However, once you connect to a game server it seems like its straining your broadband.

What are your broadband speeds like ?

If i may also add on to it Disconnecting from game servers have happened for several different reasons. One is net speed if you having problems like that try this guide here https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/networking/slow-performance-solution
