I tried to log in at the XBOX game console.

However, messages such as the title are output.

I changed my password and tried again, but the result was the same.

Password changed on XBOX.COM

If you try to log in,

The first one says the password is wrong.

If you enter the 2nd run, you will be logged in as normal.

What's the problem? Is this a problem with MS?

XBOX닷컴 홈피서 비번도 바꾸 , 웹에서 상 로그인 확인하

콘솔에서 재 입 해도 마찬가지 메시지가 나오네요.

혹시나 싶어서 공 기 원, 올 셋탑도 껐다 켜봐도 같은 메시지구요..

엑박 웹에서 다시 로그인 해보니

처음엔 계속 비번이 틀 다 나오는데 바로 2회차 로그인에서는 속이 됩니다..

왜이런걸까요 ;

to resolve this problem, try to reset the password for your Microsoft account:

Go to account.live.com/.../reset

Click to select I think someone else is using my Microsoft account.

Click Reset your password.

Enter your Microsoft account name.

Type the characters you see in the picture.

Click Next.

Click Customer support.

When Customer support appears, click it.

Enter the Microsoft account that you are trying to recover.

Enter your contact email address.

Click Continue.

Validate your identity by providing as much information as you can on the Microsoft account recovery page.

Follow the instructions to finish.
