Continually Signing Me In ?

Hey Guys,

When im on my xbox, my friends say they get popups saying "Bonxy is online".

They get these notifications every 5 minutes and when i looked at my xbox live sessions, it looks like there right.

Im playing online in Forza and in a party and it doesnt disconnect at all, so im guessing its not my internet dropping out constantly.

Any idea on how i can fix this ?

Why are the players continually having problems signing in and keeping a connection. This seemed to be fixed, but for the last five days, I continually lose coins as well as game progress because of connection error problems. Whats going on? Why can't
a company like Microsoft keep its games working?

Can't Get Into Solitaire

For the last 2 days I haven't been able to access Solitaire. I click on "Spider Solitaire" and all I get is a "Signing In" box that continually loops around and does nothing else. I normally play as a guest.

it looks like this is because you are receiving high packet loss every 5 minutes which makes you disconnect and reconnect to Xbox live at a really fast rate, you won't feel it but it's actually happening, this happens to my friend too who has a bad network
connection, contact your network provider for more information.

Ive just checked my xbox and my packet loss is at 0%.

Not one packet missing... :/

Hey there Bonxy.

To check, how do you have your Xbox One connected to your network? It definitely seems like you're having disconnection troubles if you're signing in and out so often. If you're wireless, try resetting your network by unplugging network hardware for 30 seconds.
If you're still having trouble after, please give a wired connection a try to see if there's any change. Keep us in the loop with how it goes.

Sorry to hear about the sign-in troubles with your Xbox Live account, to check do you have your profile on any other Xbox One consoles? It sounds like it might be getting signed in from a different console which is causing troubles on your end. If you haven't
tried already, give your password a change to see if that clears up the issue.
