Continually being disconnected from Xbox Live

We are having a hard time staying connected to xbox live... It disconnects constantly! I have ran the Xbox Live Connection test and all is good except there is a service alert that says :

• Affected platforms: xbox 360
  

Affected services:

• Joining other Xbox Live members in online games

What Country/State/Province do you live in? Tennessee, United States

Modem brand & model number: Motorola Model #SB6121 ( Almost New service provider replace it in May 2014)

Router brand & model number: Belkin Model F9K1102V2 (bought in June 2014)

How many consoles do you have connected to this router? Currently running a Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii, Roku 1 (the xbox is the only one disconnecting and this issue only started a recently)

Wired or wireless (for each console): Wireless

If Wireless, are you using a white or black external adapter, or an internal (Xbox 360S) adapter?
(I'm not sure what this is)

Things you have tried:

Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown ...Unknown, again not sure that this is.

Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type? Not sure

Note: I thought our problem was with our internet, so I had a tech come out today (10-3-14) Everything on their end checked out fine. Like I said, all other things that use the internet our Wii, Roku, desktop, laptop and my phone are staying connected.
Please help us fix this issue. Money is tight and I can't afford to pay for something that doesn't work as it should.

Continually disconnected from LIVE. Global issue ?

Op here, just to let everyone know I spent over 2 hours chatting to support and STILL NO FIX.

At first I spoke to accounts....NO issues

Then I spoke to network support...NO Issues.

I have come to the conclusion that this problem is with XBOX and won't be fixed anytime soon.

Can anyone with the problem confirm that the last update they did was via USB and not on live? That is the only thing I can think of that started the problem

Does anyone's dash take forever to load too when you first power on the xbox?

 

Have you tried changing the wireless channel?

Wireless interference can cause random disconnections even if other devices work fine.

So the first thing you should try is going into your router settings and changing the wireless channel.

This will not stop other devices from connecting so will not do any harm trying.

In fact it's one of the first thing you should do if you are using wireless and having regular disconnections.

I did a quick search for you router and found these instructions on how to change the wireless channel
