Continually am harassed by players but enforcement does nothing

On XBox Live game Battlefield Hardline, I am regularly harassed by a player who joins my team, then follows me around throws smoke on me, destroys my gear and tries to get me killed while preventing me from playing the game. I lead the most successful platoon,
so of course there are some players who hate me. There is nothing in the Code of Conduct that permits players to harass and disrupt the play of highly ranked players or players who regularly kill them.

Enforcement has done nothing about it after repeated reports and pleas for the enforcement of XBox rules. I know they are there because I was suspended once within minutes of answering someone's question about another player. Another time, I was suspended
for asking a player if he knew that being on the inaccessible roof that he was cheating and he replied that he was an administrator and I was suspended from comms in a matter of minutes. The same players cheat by using glitches to access offmap locations nearly
every game, but despite dozens of reports with recordings, nothing ever happens to them. There are 2 other players who harassed me for months with consequences from Enforcement and will likely resume once they return from Fortnight.

Surely Enforcement has someone who they answer to. Please tell me that I do not have to involve my attorney so that I can enjoy my games in peace, as one should expect and is guaranteed by the Code of Conduct. It shouldn't take dozens of reports with numerous
recordings for the same people to stop people from ruining the games for others.

I know the Xbox enforcement team takes these matters very serious. Here is a link to the

enforcement page on harassment. I would also advise that you report the player so the enforcement team can look into this matter and they and only they can then suspend the player.

He was reported, but nothing happened. He is still communicating with her, but yet, now I am suspended, for no apparent reason. I stick up for my friends when they are attacked.

I'm pretty certain that a human being does NOT read reports, because people have called me "****" in messages and have still had open communication thereafter.

I just received a communication suspension until the 20th because I was reported by someone using several smurf accounts on xbox one for overwatch. I asked him to cease and desist and even blocked him yet he was able to continue to message me and threatened
me but I was the one suspended. The enforcement team enforces negative behavior by suspending or banning those who typically follow the code of conduct and allowing the toxic players to continue their harassment.
