Continual "server connection problems"

Hey guys - I probably have better equipment and fios connections than most, but you keep telling me you have "server" problems. This has bee going on for MONTHS, and many of us players have lost a huge amount of progress because of it. Today's example
(me): 44 bingos, 6 powerups used to get there, over a thousand coins spent. Then YOU have server problems and I lose it ALL!

OK, I fully understand that a new game has teething problems but this game is almost a TEENAGER and it still has most regular players hating it! Complaints don't even get lip service. Do you realize (apparently not, or there is no one at the switch) that
there are hundreds of players who love the potential of this game, yet HATE Microsoft for its lack of support? DO YOU! If you had these numbers of complaints with Solitaire or Snap Attack you would address the problems. So, why are the Bingo players made
to be second class players? HMMM?

Yes, I agree with all of this. It is getting very frustrating. Makes you not want to take any chances with spending extra coins for additional balls. But that takes so much of the fun out of the game. I do not understand why Microsoft doesn't get this addressed.

 

It is very frustrating to be close to winning and then have all these connection problems. I continually have this problem, but the past three days has been terrible.

 

Today has been very frustrating. Had a very time connecting this morning, then just as I was about to finish out the cards I was using connecting problems! One last number and then I would have been done. I tried to connect for at least 5 minutes and went
here to this site. This has happened before but not this bad. I've lost coins before and I'm getting tired of it myself. Thanks for speaking up everyone!
