Context matters

Ive been banned till the 15th for using the word [Mod Removed] i used it in anger because 2 people were spamming me with the message do something, i was in siege ranked not doing my best the dude was trying to get a reaction and he did
because it did annoy me but being banned for this and having been told by xbox case review i was banned for saying
[Mod Removed] the fact they didint look at any other part of the conversation annoys me greatly

Wrongly Communication Banned

Xbox Enforcement is a absolute joke. On the front page it says "Context Matters," however, in their case review where they left my ban for 2 weeks, they used no evidence of context.

 

I'm sorry but no one (not even phone/Twitter support) but an Enforcement Team member can respond to suspensions they issue. You can see about submitting a case review at https://enforcement.xbox.com
as it's the only way to converse with them.

You say that the only way to converse with them is submitting a case review. If submitting a case review is not possible, and in my case, no evidence is demonstrated of why I got the communications ban, how are we supposed to prevent ourselves from committing
the same offense in the future?

 

In that case, the best thing to do is review the Code of Conduct and make sure you're not doing anything to violate it.

 

You cant respond but i found in the case review ask what or why you got banned or what did i say to get banned it wont help but they will tell you exactly what you said

 

It does not matter how a conversation starts or the "context" if you do something that violates the code of conduct and are reported your account is subject to a suspension.

If you already filed for a case review and the enforcement team has upheld that decision there is nothing else that can be done but to wait out the suspension.

 

Always just ignore, block, report any type of harassment instead of letting words drop from the mouth. This has happened to me before. And all I did was tell them to leave me the blank alone and it got turned on me and I was the one punished.

 

I get this but twat is the lightest insult i know and the fact that it can ban someone really upsets me

 

But it should be cause in the same conversation he's also breaking the code of conduct and even shows himself as wanting to get someone banned
