Hier j'ai eu la suprise de voir mon gamertag changer de Taliban95 PrettyPup884134 sans explication. Mais un autre joueur m'a informer du systeme et programme mis en place par microsoft, où n'importe quels joueurs peut etre membres "ambassadeur" afin de
controler les gamertag et prendre les decisions de censure ou non. Chose qui a du ce produire pour moi mais je ne comprend pas en quoi mon gamertag d'origine "Taliban95" enfrain le code de conduite. je ne pense pas qu'a ce jour taliban est une insulte, du
racisme, de l'antisemitisme, haine incitation a la violence ou enfrain tout simplement le code de conduite xboxlive. C'est un nom d'armés comme SAS, MARINES, GIGN,etc .... De ce faite, pouvez m 'exliquez pourquoi n'importe qui peut censuré les gamertag pour
les re-initialiser sans plus de controle? pouvez vous me remettre mon gamertag d'avant Taliban95 puisque cette situation est n importe quoi ? merci de selectionné des gens compétent même si je me doutte que pour vous c'est tous bénéfique puisque ils travaillent
gratuits pour microsoft. En vous remercians d'avance de votre comprehension et de votre intervention trés rapidement car ce gamertag PrettyPup884134 est trés nul.

I would say your gamer tag falls under Sensitive current or historical and although you may not find it offensive it's not about you finding it offensive it's weather others might and to be honest, I'd find it offensive playing with someone with your old

Désoler mais je ne suis pas d 'accord avec votre reponse. Je connais deja le code de conduite (pas necessaire de refaire la liste) enfin si finalement car le mots "Taliban" ne rentre dans aucuns de ces contextes.

Mais si vraiment ca ce passe comme ca alors je vais faire la meme chose, m'inscrire en ambassadeur pour jouer a censure tous les gamertag qu on va me presenter.

De plus ont ce doute bien de qui ca peut venir cette censure abusif

I also just wanted to add that you were misinformed about how enforcement works. No member or ambassador can decide whether your tag is against the ToU or CoC. The Enforcement United program is in beta stage at the moment and although people do see different
gamertags and can decide whether or not it is offensive to them they do not have the power to force a change.

That option lies solely within the discretion of the PET (Policy Enforcement Team) and always will. They and only they will make the final decision as to whether a gamertag needs enforcement.

 

I'm sorry if you Miss understood Onyx, I was not telling him I made the decision on his tag. The guy was asking how his tag might be offensive and I offered my option "not about you finding it offensive it's weather others might and to be honest, I'd find
it offensive playing with someone with your old gamer tag" this gamer just couldnt understand how anyone could find it offencive and that it did not break any of the TOU rules or CoC . I was just giving my optionand again just explaining that well what's not
offencive to one person could be to another so keep it all PC

Pour info je sait comment fonctionne le programme beta enforcing puisque je suis membres avec un autre gamertag et j'ai deja tester le petit jeu des gamertag.

Je rajoute une derniere chose, si taliban c'est offensant pour vous, moi c'est le mot singe que je trouve tres offensant et provoquant, comparaison a une race ethenique qui est puni par la vrai loi donc pourquoi vous pouvez utiliser SINGE et moi je ne peux
pas utiliser TALIBAN ???

As was explained to you the word Taliban does fall under the descriptions above.

In the case of your comment regarding Christianne Taubira, of course the word monkey in that context is offensive, even racist hence the response by the French government. In any case it doesn't matter if you claim offense to the word monkey as no one will
agree that in the context of the gamertag, that it is offensive. Taliban on the other hand no matter the context will be considered as violating the COC and terms of use.
