Hello , sorry for my bad english , i'm from France : my account was totally ban by enforcement for these reasons : Harassment AbuseAnd Threats

I never threated or made harassment to any player. I know i'm no totally innocent, and want apologize for this , but , your decision i totally unfair.

I spent few hundreds euros in games online and now , all my saves disappeared with my account. I'm not a millionaire , i worked hard to earn this money and now it 's like I spent it for nothing ( in Fifa , spent a lot in FUT , and now can't have acces to
my account ). This money , no one will refund me.

I ask you to review this ban decision , please .

investigate my account. i hope someone will help me with this because i did nothing wrong.

You don't get a timestamps of occurance

For very good reason

Suspensions are rarely instant

It would be days or weeks ago

And no they won't tell you when You occured

To prevent retaliatory actions

If you account is permanently banned then your forfeit all digital content,remaining gold time etc which is something you agreed to when you started your account so you will not get a refund i'm afraid.

 

there is no any way to contact Enforcement team . I m banned for unfair reasons , being stolen from hundreds euros , and need to shut my mouth? Serious?

On enforcement , it s clearly written that i need to create a post on forum to ask for review.

 

Filing for a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team.

Posting on the forums will do nothing,you will just be sent to the enforcement site.

I can't do this for you & I can't contact the enforcement team,i'm just a regular gamer like everyone else.

Nothing has been stolen from you,you agreed that you would loose all your digital content if you ever get a permanent ban.

 

My account is banned for no reason , did i agree for it ? Stop talking for nothing , hope same thing won't happens to you , i think you wouldn't tell same things.
