    Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums! Just to clarify, have you tested your network to make sure that your network is good? If not, I would recommend trying this support article for

    Network Connection Troubleshooter
    . Additionally, it looks as though there is a

    Service Alert
    right now for the Xbox 360 and viewing the Movies and TV apps. If you would like to know when the issue will be resolved, there is a "Notify Me" button when you click the link for the service alert.

    problem purchasing in game content

    Hi!

    Have you tried these steps:

    Delete profile ONLY. This will help isolate if the issue is caused by a corrupted profile or something that is stored on your console's hard drive.

    Delete any traces of the game content from the hard drive.

    Clear marketplace cache and system cache 3x in a row.

    Turn off the console for 30 seconds and then back on.

    Redownload your profile. Then purchase the game again.

    These steps has work for me before. I hope this helps.
