content transfer from Xbox 360 to xbox one

Hello. here is the deal: If i connect my xbox360 HDD to my xbox one will it recognize it? i would like to tranfer some old games like Fallout 3 with all dlc's since i had a game of the year edition. The reason why im asking this is that my internet connection
is quite poor and it takes up to 24 (even more for xbox one games) hours to download something like 10 to 20 gb of content and since i dont have my hard copy of Fallout 3 that makes it quite frustrating, but i recently bought Fallout 4 which has a Fallout
3 code as a bonus so im wondering by transferring game as a digital copy and then redeeming code it should convert it to digital version and i would save time by downloading some small amount of necessary data if such is there...

Transfer one account to another

To enable someone else's Xbox LIVE account to use your content licenses, you must download your Xbox LIVE profile and then transfer your content licenses to that person's Xbox 360 console.

After you've downloaded your Xbox LIVE profile and transferred your content licenses to another Xbox 360 console, the content can be used by all the profiles on that console.

 

Unable to transfer content

Are you referring to Minecraft contents? If yes, downloaded content you already own for Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition may be downloaded again for free on Xbox One. This offer applies to downloaded content released on Xbox 360 before September 5, 2014. However,
as per Mojang, as of Feb. 25, 2016 the Xbox One digital upgrade and DLC content transfer offers are no longer available.

The Xbox 360 drive won't interface with the Xbox One as they have 2 different file formats.

In any case, every BC game so far has required the full game to be downloaded from the Xbox store. There is no way to redeem a token and download a couple of hundred kilobytes and have the game be playable.
