Content Takedown- Gamerpic SUSPENSION (while using an xbox default avatar)

I currently have a content takedown on my account. and am facing a suspension.

"Enforcement details:This account's custom Gamerpic was inappropriate. This may be due to nudity or sexual content, extreme violence, profane or offensive terms or gestures, references to notorious people or organizations, references to sensitive current or historical events, controversial content, or other inappropriate references."

Apparently my gamerpic was reported as being offensive, but I'm literally using one of the default choices that xbox provides. HOW CAN I GET A SUSPENSION FOR SOMETHING THAT XBOX HAS AVAILABLE TO SELECT BY DEFAULT?!
I find this absolutely absurd, and I cant even dispute it!

IF this picture is not allowed and can get people suspensions then it shouldn't even be an option to use!!

Can someone please direct me to how I can get this removed from my account? I have provided a screenshot of my current profile picture, which includes the proof that it was one of the avatars readily available on the Xbox companion app.

That's where you'll see the type of ban, the duration and if you can appeal it. Support cannot assist with issues of bans or suspension.

Custom gamerpics are not allowed.

You can use of the gamerpics provided or your avatar/avatar props.

Using anything other than these would get you a suspension.

Content takedowns usually don't involve a suspension. They just remove the content. If you did get a suspension in addition to that, you would need to check http://enforcement.xbox.com for information.

I'm not sure about the avatar, but the gamerpic is an Xbox One gamerpic. The website has been updated to show Xbox One gamerpics in some areas instead of 360 gamerpics. If you don't have a One, you're given a default gamerpic. Gamercards have not been updated
to show Xbox One information which is why it's still a 360 gamerpic.
