Content show as not purchased after purchase is done.

Hi,

I made three purchases and I having problems to download the content.

On August 11th, I purchased Max: The Curse of Brotherhood, but when I go to download, the game still appears available to purchase.

On September 17th, I purchased Trials Fusion The Awesome Max Edition, but when I go to download, the new level appears as purchased, but the game still appears available to purchase, so i can't play the game.

On September 22th, I purchased Chariot Bundle, but when I go to download, the new DLC appears as purchased, but the game still appears available to purchase.

Can you check this for me please?

My Movies are missing!

Hello Paper and Schick! Please try refreshing your purchase histories in the Xbox Video app. Also try viewing your purchased content on another platform, if you're able (video.xbox.com, Xbox One, Surface RT, etc).

If your purchased content does not reappear after that, let us know what's missing: The movie/show title, the season and episode number (if TV), HD or SD, and whenabouts you purchased the content.

 

Video content purchased with Zune not Showing as owned in Xbox

In migrating to Windows 8, I have noticed that not all of the video content I purchased in the Zune market place shows a purchased in my Xbox video app. A good portion of it is there, but several shows do show as purchased. They are still offered for purchase
but I have already paid for them once. In the Zune software, they are in my purchase history, but since they were purchased with Microsoft points over a year ago, they don't show up. Is there a way of fixing this?

 

Sorry to hear it. Can you please sign in at commerce.microsoft.com with the account you made the purchase with to ensure that it actually went through properly for you?

If the payment for the purchases is listed there and you still do not have access then I would recommend contacting phone support.

If there is no purchase for those items listed then you should check with other gamertags that you may have on the console as the purchases may have been made on another gamertag.

Those information above came from commerce.microsoft.com.

All of them is marked as complete transaction, but the content was not updated on my account, making then available to download on my xbox. They appears as available to buy it again.

Ok, thanks. It seems it did go through so what I'm going to suggest is power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down.

If that doesn't work you should call support for more assistance.
