Content restrictions on Game Pass for the family organizer account.

Hello,

I'm hoping someone from the community can help me out because Microsoft tech support has been no help at all. I am subscribed to game pass ultimate on my PC, however not all games are visible and able to be installed. When I try and search for the game on pc game pass on the web I can see the game and then I try to install it and it re-directs me to the xbox app. When I try and install it it gives me an error saying I don't have access to this content and I need an adult to log in to install it. I am the adult family organizer for my account with my two children. I've tried contacting Microsoft a couple of times but they try and get me to re-create accounts and delete them all to no avail. The last conversation I had they said they would elevate my issue and I'd be receiving an email. I got that email and it had...surprise... just links to troubleshooting faqs. How do I release the content restrictions for my adult account? Any help would be great!

Removing and adding organizers won't help the situation, as I see it, you should remove that account, then instead of adding it as an organizer you have to add it as a member, you can't manage consent on an organizer

Ive tried removing organizer and cant. Gives me an error and says I have to manage consent, however there is no option to do this on the family organizer account. Ive tried adding another family organizer and removing the original. Nothing has worked and microsoft support obviously can’t figure it out, even though it’s their system.

Please, log out the Xbox app and the Microsoft store app, after this log in this link

After that on the third column change the programming to standard, if is already like that, please change it to familiar, save the change then back to standard, restart the Pc and then log back in and try to install

Thank you for trying. This did not work. I still cannot see or install M (mature) games.

If that haven't worked, means that your account actually have family restrictions, O believe that what support asked you was to delete the Microsoft family not the accounts, this could be to create t he family again, sometimes that could fix the issues
