Discus and support Content restriction off but still says my games are above my content restriction in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I was playing fallout 76 last night and all of a sudden the game crashed and when i tried to load it back up it said it was above my content...     I was playing fallout 76 last night and all of a sudden the game crashed and when i tried to load it back up it said it was above my content restrictions and when i signed into my microsoft account on my phone it said my content restriction setting for
    games and apps was off but my xbox still says i have a content restriction and i restarted my xbox 6 times and every time it said i had content restrictions. What do i do

    Hello

    This means you have a child account that's underage. The system uses the age you gave when you created the account. While you can change it anytime after the fact. It won't be recognized are your new official age. This is to prevent kids from changing their
    ages to bypass things.

    You will need a parent or guardian to add you into a family account and make the changes for you using their account.

    Until that happens you will keep getting the same message.

    Hi There!

    I would recommend doing a full restart on the xbox! or unplugging it from the wall and plugging it back in sometimes xbox stuff just needs to refresh also make sure your settings are correct!

    I have done this, still no effect.

    I downloaded the app, and all of the restrictions on my main account are set to off.

    No screen time restriction

    Content restriction - 18+

    All other settings - Everyone/Unfiltered.

    I'm still getting in-game messages saying I cannot access online content due to my profile privacy settings

    I have also tried going back via the webpage, but still get the same message when trying to alter the Windows 10 settings

    Like I said above, some content on Xbox LIVE is regionally restricted. This is definitely one of those games that is regionally restricted.
