Content Restricted All of a Sudden

Hey guys -

Thanks for the information. While we look into things a bit more, if anyone else has tried the steps I provided, please let us know if it worked or did not. The more information we can collect the better.

 

This is also happening to me too, i cant access youtube or play black ops 3. KILL MEE NOWWWW

 

More information: On my parents account (not sure for others here and soz for the spam by me) it shows me as having no if not little restrictions. I double checked it. I even changed it back and forth. That was on the 360. Back on the xbox One on the other
hand, I still can't play the same games I did and also my parents account is different from 360 to ONE so it would be very difficult to add.

OK GUYS. I think i may have found the way to do it. I was able to log in as the parents account so I was able to change it quite literally. I hope it's simple as that. I added my parents account to the xbox one and changed the child's settings (are mine)
so I can go back to playing as normal. I'm pretty sure I am delayed but just incase ~

 

After multiple attempts the steps provided by Miss Bijoux haven't solved the issue for me.

This is the second time i've gotten a message from Xbox Live telling me "notice of enforcement action: etc etc etc". Now the first time, I can see why, someone got mad at me and reported me for likely something silly, trash talking maybe. Now, this time,
I've gotten the notice only 45-ish minutes ago. And I can CLEARLY remember I was doing no such action that went against the code or conduct. I was simply playing Overwatch, then I got on Warframe, and... I can't talk in the chat, I can't talk to my friends,
I can't do much of anything. Now this is a problem. If I can get "enforced" for doing absolutely nothing, then there is a fatal flaw in your system.

The problem is still present for me and has been like this since around the time my Xbox updated to the latest Xbox one experience via the preview program which was roughly as soon as it was available.

The problem is constant. Every time I start a game or app over the age rating of 14 it asks for my Microsoft account password. The problem seems to have worsened too as I am no longer able to purchase things from the store.

 

The issue is now gone. What seemed to be the problem was that when I got my phone my dad put content restrictions for mobile but after upgrading to the latest Xbox one experience the content restrictions transferred over to the Xbox one so I removed myself
from the family and all content is now unrestricted.
