    Sorry for this ongoing deal with this add on. Have you been able to purchase and install other games from the store? I wonder if you are set up as a child account and cant install and download games due to restrictions. How are you set up as? Its curious
    that you don't have an option to install or purchase this Add-on.

    On the add-on, found thru the store, kt says pin to home or rate. Thats it. No option for install or download or buy.

    When you say you tried turning it off, you mean you actually unplugged the console right?

    Also can you take a picture of what the add-on shows. If it doesn't say install or a price. What does it say? And which add-on are you specfically talking about.

    Hi there 70s Bloke. I had the same issue with the same code. I have an answer for you, however. It turns out that when purchasing DLC or redeeming a code, while the add-ons will automatically download, they won't automatically install. I figured that I'd
    post, step-by-step, how to install those add-ons. To install the add-on for use, here's what you need to do:

    1.Go to "My games and apps"

    2.Move the cursor over the game or app with the add-on in question (don't hit A)

    3.Press the Menu button

    4.Select "Show all add-ons"

    5.Select the add-on you're looking for (it should say "Ready to Install")

    6.Press A and select Install

    7.Wait for the install to finish, then play and enjoy.

    Just to double check, you've already tried the steps in the bottom of our article for

    Downloading add-ons that you've purchased as part of a bundle    .

    I'm not quite understanding what you mean when you say that there's no option to purchase or install. Are you seeing no box there? Would you be able to post a picture of what you're seeing?

    Its the super pack.

    Like i said i can view it through msh on store but no option to install or buy. Cant remember what else..not sure about pic...
