    Content purchased, two missions, and rewards not there yet...


    The two missions were like getting Halo Wars 2, For Honor, and Mass Effect Andromeda on pre order, that was those three for me.

    The other mission was for valentines day I purchased Firewatch and Abzu, and I have not received my points for that mission...

    So, on mission is complete but didn't received nothing, and the other is half way there with the pre order on ME Andromeda, and it is not showing anything complete.

    Rewards Points Missing/Completed Missions but No Credits

    Two issues...

    1. Rewards points, history, everything is missing
    2. I purchased several movies and games - through the advertised "My Missions" - but have not yet received the expected credits. I purchased Ghost Recon: Wildlands months ago and have yet to see the credits deposited.

    Missing points!

    Purchased Rogue One and did not receive my 3000 points on my rewards.

    Also purchased Final Fantasy XV and no points.

    Please help.

    There is activitiy on my xbox account yet all points are missing. Purchased Rogue One within the Live Rewards Mission period.

    You'll want to post in the support section of this forum in order for them to check into it for you. For the Games on Demand punchcard, the credits won't show as pending until after all 3 games are released.

    You'll want to post in the support section of this forum in order for them to check into it for you. For the Games on Demand punchcard, the credits won't show as pending until after all 3 games are released.

    Preorder is not showing up in my missions

    Hi Bernhard. You are currently a DEU member in the Rewards Program. Your two purchases were made in a different currency and are not recognized by the program. For purchases to qualify for missions, they must be made in the same region as your Rewards locale.

    All offers to earn gems are listed on the Missions page of the rewards site. Really, the only offer you can complete without an Xbox, or purchasing content for Xbox, is the challenge for completing 3 surveys in a row.

    From the FAQ:

    I've had an Xbox Live account for years. Can I earn Rewards for transactions made prior to signing up for Xbox Live Rewards?



    You can only earn Rewards once you're an Xbox Live Rewards member. Once your membership is complete, we'll begin tracking your activity and rewarding you for things like completing missions, earning MyVIP Gems, or working towards your MyVIP Star Rank
    by making purchases in the Xbox Store. For full details on the Rewards available, please see the Terms and Conditions.

    Since you only became a member on September 9th, we can only Reward your activity since that date. You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/     .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    Since your purchases have not completed any offers, and you do not yet have a MyVIP star, your purchases have not been awarded Credits.
